UV Sheet-High Gloss

UV Sheet-high Gloss is a type of UV board, which is made of PVC + calcium powder. It consists of a total of 5 layers. 1. Protective plastic film layer; 2. UV coated wear layer; 3. Thermal transfer film paper layer; 4. Masonry substrate layer; 5. Embossed balance layer.

The PVC substrate has the following advantages 1. Chemical stability 2. Corrosion resistance 3. High-hardness and high-intensity 4. UV protection 5. Reliable insulation 6. Smooth and glossy surface 7. Non-absorbent, non-deforming 8. Easy installation.

The conventional size of our UV Sheet-high Gloss is 1220 MM * 2440 MM, 1220 MM * 2800 MM, 1220 MM * 2900 MM, etc., the thickness is 2 to 5MM. The length, width and thickness can be customized.

Our regular colours are marbled, wood grain and solid colours.

Our boards are mainly used for interior decoration in commercial and residential premises, which are eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free, waterproof, wear-resistant (3H), flame retardant (B1 grade), high gloss, impact resistant, and good low temperature toughness, making them ideal materials for interior decoration.
